At the dealership they tried to help me sync it all up but apparently it can be fiddly.

They were not wrong, pair, unpair, pair, going on and on forever trying to get your mobile phone, helmet audio and the Bluetooth module to all play nicely.

In theory, your phone is meant to connect to the module and the module to your helmet, allowing you to listen to GPS directions, change music with handle bar controls, answer calls, etc.

As of today, 04/12/21, I have managed to get it all working nicely maybe 3 times? I picked up the bike in January…

When it works, it is lovely though.
